Our wedding celebration will take place in two parts:

Bali Wedding Séjour: April 8–12, 2026 at Balquisse Heritage Hotel and The Shaba, Jimbaran, Bali

We recommend arriving between April 6–8, and staying through April 15.

Yes, with love. We have dedicated childcare and play spaces throughout the celebration. Evening nannies can be arranged upon request. For those with newborns, experienced nurses are also available.

Each event has a distinct dress code. Details are included in the program:

  • April 8 (Sunset Gathering): “Easy Breezy”
  • April 9 (Balinese Ceremony): Traditional Balinese attire (provided)
  • April 10 (Wedding): Elegance & Soft Hues
  • April 11 (Brunch & Beach): Beach casual We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing black or red, out of respect for family sensitivities.

Yes. You will receive an RSVP form (by November 15) to confirm your presence at each event. Please include if you are bringing a partner and/or children, and any relevant details.

Travel & Accomodation

Most nationalities are eligible for a Visa on Arrival, valid for 30 days. It can be obtained on arrival or pre-arranged online: https://molina.imigrasi.go.id. The fee is approx. €32 (USD 35).

You will need:

  • A passport valid at least 6 months from your return date
  • 6 blank pages
  • A return or onward ticket

Yes, a VIP airport service can be arranged for arrival & departure (€35/person). Contact our concierge for details.

Before arrival, please create a luggage QR code on the immigration website to exit the airport smoothly.

Yes, transport will be available for group events. Our team can assist with private transfers.

Staying At Balquisse

Yes. Manicures, pedicures, massages, and other treatments can be arranged. Please book in advance or contact our concierge via WhatsApp: +62 823 4089 1852.

Food & Dietary Needs

Yes. Kindly inform us in advance of any food allergies or medical dietary needs. General preferences do not need to be shared, as we will provide varied options throughout.

Ceremony & Dress

  • Sarongs will be provided for all guests, including children
  • Women: A kebaya top will be provided (note: slightly sheer)
  • Men: Please wear a simple white shirt with the sarong

The wedding ceremony on April 10 calls for elegant attire in soft, warm hues.

Culture

  • Place your right hand over your left when receiving the water blessing
  • Do not drink the blessed water unless told
  • Step around offerings on the ground
  • Use your right hand when giving/receiving
  • Avoid pointing feet at people or sacred places
  • Cover shoulders and knees (we will provide what’s needed)

Yes, but please note:

  • Wear a sarong and respectful attire
  • Do not enter temple grounds if menstruating (part of local culture)

After The Wedding

An optional seaside escape will be held April 12–14. Details are shared privately.
